De-stress…Fingers to Toes
If you are anything like me, this week is bananas. I told someone earlier that the stress of this week is worse than being in love. I can’t eat, sleep or function normally.
So how do we fix this little stress problem and take a moment to ourselves? Paint your nails. Yes. I said it. Don’t go to the salon. Do it yourself and take care of those little fingers and toes. You’ll be surprised just how valuable and therapeutic those 15 minutes of paint time will be.
Oh ya, and with OPI’s (my favorite) fab spring/summer colors, your de-stress tactic will double as a good luck charm for that big test. (I bet sizzling red nails will help you ace those finals)
